THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL Full-TIME POSITION.
This is a long-term career opportunity with much room for growth, pay increases, and employee benefits. We are looking for someone with EXCELLENT ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITING SKILLS, a highly organized scheduling coordinator to coordinate the calendar of one of our senior managers and general business. In this role, you will be setting up appointments via phone calls and text, managing travel bookings, and informing participants of rescheduled or canceled meetings in a timely manner.
Everything will be on-the-job training. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. You will be working during Pacific Standard time (PST) business hours, typically from 9 am- 5 pm PST. This is the same as 12 am - 8 am PHST.
