Hi! My name is Giovanni Verissimo Brito, owner of the growing social media brand Today2Repair. We specialize in repairing phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, and smartwatches, and we've established a strong presence on social media: TikTok (21K+ followers), Instagram (3.4K+ followers), Snapchat (4K+ followers), and YouTube (5K+ subscribers).

Our videos attract an enthusiastic audience, with Giovanni as the face of the company. With our rapid growth, daily tasks have become overwhelming to manage alone. I often feel like Octo from SpongeBob: needed everywhere but unable to keep up.

That’s why we're looking for you—our new female Virtual Assistant, driven and structured. No experience required, as we'll provide all the training you need. Your role is essential: you'll be the contact point between customers, repair technicians, and administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly, so Gio can focus fully on repairs, content creation, livestreams, and sales.

Our current team:
- Giovanni (owner): repair technician, face of the company, responsible for videos, livestreams, and inbound leads.
- Lindomar (brother): repair technician in training (project-based).
- Zildjian Video editor (full-time): handling short-form content and soon YouTube videos.

Your responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination: ensuring the day-to-day tasks are running smoothly.
- Customer journey management: keeping customers well-informed throughout the repair process.
- Administrative tasks: creating invoices, updating orders, managing customer details, and data entry.
- Managing processes and systems: maintaining SOPs and our project management system ClickUp.
