Virtual Systems & Underwriting Specialist – Wholesale Real Estate

We are an innovative wholesale real estate company seeking a self-driven Virtual Systems & Underwriting Specialist to manage our technology-driven processes and commercial deal execution. In this role, you will:

Operate and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM and integrated systems.
Manage API integrations and CSV data imports from platforms like DealMachine to maintain real-time property and agent information.

Conduct comprehensive underwriting analyses for commercial real estate deals, including property valuation, risk assessment, and offer pricing.

Initiate and manage outreach via email, SMS, and phone calls to build strong relationships with real estate agents.
Develop and refine repeatable workflows and automation processes.

Additional Information:
This is a remote position that requires a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps; 50 Mbps preferred) and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace. You will be working 40 hours per week.

Our compensation model starts with a base pay of approximately $8 per hour (around $1,280/month for a 40-hour week) plus performance-based bonuses:

Earn $750 for every deal you close directly.
Receive an extra $250 for each deal closed beyond three in a month.
Qualify for an additional $2,000 quarterly bonus if you average more than three deals per month.
