About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic Virtual Service Advisors to join our team. Whether you're a Primary Virtual Service Advisor (directly handling client interactions) or an Auxiliary Virtual Service Advisor (supporting VSAs and handling Workwise admin tasks), you’ll play a key role in ensuring workshops run efficiently.

No prior automotive experience? No problem! We provide full on-the-job training—all you need is a client-focused mindset, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by assisting and collaborating with workshops.
- Communicate with clients’ customers through a messaging platform.
- Determine service schedules, repairs, and maintenance recommendations for vehicles.
- Order and/or inquire about parts from suppliers via phone, website, integration, or SMS.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of and confidence in navigating computers and websites.
- A client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing top-tier service.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or sales is a plus.
- Experience in automotive sales is an advantage but NOT a requirement!
