Virtual Sales and Lead Specialist

EleTex is a growing beverage distribution company specializing in functional beverages, including hemp-derived THC drinks. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, outreach via email and phone, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct lead research to identify potential retail, hospitality, and wellness clients.
Reach out to leads via email and phone to introduce our products and schedule sales meetings.
Maintain and update lead information in spreadsheets or CRM.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as follow-ups and tracking outreach efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations based on lead interactions.
Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience in lead generation, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in sales for the beverage, cannabis, or wellness industry.
Knowledge of brands like Cann, Delta, Buzz Me Up, and CaliSober is a plus.
Compensation:

$3–$4 per hour, depending on experience.
A 1-3 week trial period to assess fit and performance, with potential for a long-term role.
