Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales and helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every lead matters? We’re looking for a Virtual Sales Representative to join our team and work with inbound dental appointment leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to inbound leads via phone,
Follow up with potential patients to schedule their dental appointments.
Handle all communications in a professional, persuasive, and customer-focused manner.
Maintain consistent and strategic follow-ups with leads who missed their appointments to encourage rescheduling.
Document all interactions and maintain an organized pipeline of leads.
Ensure every lead is worked on diligently until closed, ensuring patient satisfaction and office growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English with an excellent accent and exceptional communication skills.
Outstanding writing skills for crafting professional and persuasive
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Comfortable using CRM tools and basic office software to track and manage leads (training provided).
Bonus: Experience in the dental field or familiarity with dental terminology is a plus but not required.
