Are you an organized, proactive professional with experience in client prospecting and financial services? We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our financial planning practice. This role is crucial in assisting with LinkedIn outreach. You will be focused on prospect engagement, allowing the financial planner to focus on delivering exceptional financial strategies to clients.
Position Overview:
As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our business development process. Your primary focus will be on LinkedIn prospecting, creating engaging content, and handling written communication with prospects. Previous experience in sales and CRM management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Account Management
- Manage and optimize the financial planner's LinkedIn account to improve outreach.
- Send personalized connection requests and messages to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner.
- Post engaging content on LinkedIn to boost visibility and attract prospects.
Data Management
- Track prospect interactions and outcomes for performance evaluation.
- Maintain detailed records of prospecting activities.
- Track weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like prospect interactions and outcomes to generate progress reports and improve processes.
Requirements
- Experience in Prospecting: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a sales/prospecting role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and completeness in data entry, client interactions, and documentation.
