POSITION: Virtual Recruiter
Hours of Operations: 8AM – 10PM (EST – Canada); Mon – Sat (ON-CALL JOB)
RATE: Commission based)= Conditional base rate of $100CAD/month (must hit 15completed apps - for approval) + $5CAD for every FAILED reports generated by SAs they recruited - ongoing royalty

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Recruiter to join our team. This role involves reaching out to job seekers via virtual "cold calling" on various platforms to identify and attract suitable candidates for our open positions. Must be available during our company's operating hours from 8:00AM to 10:00PM EST (Canada - Eastern Standard TIme), Monday to Saturday.
You will not be actively working for the entire time but you need to be responsive (available/online) to complete any tasks that are required. The more you automate/delegate, the less work you will need to do, the higher your pay.

Key Responsibilities:
-Send 300 personalized messages/emails daily to job seekers across various platforms and groups.
-Include any day (MON – FRI) if 300 msgs haven’t not been sent by 10PM
(EST)and properly documented will result in 10?duction in your base rate.
-Introduce job opportunities and engage with potential candidates to gauge their interest and qualifications.
-Maintain and update a database of contacted candidates, tracking responses and follow-ups.
-Effectively communicate job details and requirements to potential candidates once hired.
-Monitor and report on outreach effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to improve response rates.

Ideal Candidate:
-Someone who specializes in cold-dms/email marketing/lead generation and is knowledgeable about generating traffic and has good communication skills
-Can advertise effectively (can create attention-grabbing, concise/informative messages based on a given job description).
-Must have experience on multiple platforms especially international - Canada.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-Ability to navigate and respond to inquiries quickly and effectively.

Our founders have worked with various VAs in the past and encountered several challenges. Therefore, before committing to a long-term engagement, we would like to proceed with a TRIAL TASK. We will include the task details and instructions for successful candidates.
