JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
• You will be receiving phone calls from prospective customers of home services businesses such as but not limited to cleaning, electrical, plumbing, landscapers, medical etc.
• Represent the client as if you are working in the client’s office and a part of their company.
• Answer phone calls pleasantly and recite our client’s standard greeting spiel.
• Training will be provided on how to answer customers’ questions and how to book appointments on our client’s CRM/scheduling platforms.
• Take detailed call summary notes, which includes the customer’s contact information, reason for inquiry and any other relevant information. This information will be recorded while speaking with the customer.
• Send call summary notes to our client. You must have great attention to detail and make sure there are no typos or missing information.

Qualifications:
• At least one year of BPO experience.
• Above average English skill with little to no accent.
• Able to multitask. Can manage phone calls while taking detailed call summary notes and sending follow up text messages or emails to our client.
• Confident to communicate directly with our clients if necessary to confirm their directions and to receive their feedback and make adjustments to your work.
• Work from home experience is encouraged but not required.
• Willing to be trained, disciplined, motivated, hardworking and eager to add value to our company.
• Willing to work full time and long term with us.

Technology Requirements:
• Internet speed of at least 40mbps
• Computer - Intel3 processor, 8gb RAM
• Backup power source and internet connection

WORKING HOURS AND COMPENSATION
• Compensation: $750/month English
• Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, 1 hour for lunch and two, 15-minute breaks. Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
