JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a dedicated and professional Virtual Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. This position requires 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide quotes for junk cars, search for auto parts in our inventory system, and schedule pickups with tow truck drivers.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Search for auto parts and tires using our inventory system (Checkmate by Car-Part).
Provide accurate quotes for junk vehicles based on set guidelines.
Schedule junk car pickups and communicate details via WhatsApp with tow truck drivers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM (ConversionSystem).
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams, including parts pullers and order preparers.
Requirements:
Availability: Must commit to working full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.
Experience: Experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles is preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRMs, inventory systems, or similar tools (Checkmate experience is a plus).
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Computer with sufficient storage and capability to handle multiple applications.
Headset with a noise-canceling microphone for clear communication.
