We are a US-based (eastern timezone) insurance agency committed to guiding seniors through their health insurance options with integrity and knowledge. Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a charismatic, dedicated Receptionist with light administrative duties to serve as the first point of contact at our agency. This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage various administrative tasks, and a personality that adds to the positive environment of our office.

An impeccable US English accent is a must for this position. Qualified candidates will provide a link to an audio file of them reading this script.
"Good morning, thank you for calling The Insurance Group, where we simplify Medicare for you. My name is [Receptionist's Name]. How may I assist you today?

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
- Answer the phone, direct calls, and provide basic company information
- Oversee the appointment scheduling process, including the coordination of meetings and agent calendars
- Follow up on missed appointments to reschedule or provide assistance
- Track and document leads throughout the sales process, maintaining detailed and accurate records
- Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records or reports as directed
- Assist in managing productivity and sales metrics, ensuring team goals are routinely met
- Prioritize outstanding guest service, addressing clients’ questions and needs with promptness and empathy
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
