Main Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiry calls from customers and provide prompt, professional assistance.
Respond to inquiry
Manage orders, including processing purchase orders, creating invoices, and addressing customer requests.
Follow up on inquiries and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Proactively follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify and WordPress platforms.
Proven background in customer service and sales representation.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for creating flyers, as well as experience with video editing.
Experience managing social media platforms such as
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM USA CST.
Additional time as needed to collaborate with the sourcing team to confirm inquiry quotes and order statuses.
Compensation:
Base salary: Negotiable based on experience, starting at $500/month.
