We are on the lookout for a Virtual Property Manager – a disciplined enforcer and organizer ready to oversee and enhance the living experience at multiple properties. This is an opportunity to be more than just a manager; it's a chance to become the key operational backbone behind our property management efforts.

As our dedicated property manager, you will work full-time, remotely, focusing on maintaining property standards and managing tenant communications. This contract role offers a yearly compensation of $12,000, with performance-linked bonuses of up to $5,000 annually, based on tenant retention and satisfaction metrics. You will have the platform to implement your skills, grow with our properties, and enjoy significant autonomy within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant and Rule Management: Enforce house rules and standards firmly and professionally, managing sensitive issues like potential evictions with tact.
• Operational Coordination: Oversee daily operations, coordinate with house managers, and handle tenant communications to ensure high standards of living.
• Administrative Efficiency: Assist with administrative tasks, maintaining meticulous organization of files and documentation, especially during less busy periods.
• Strategic Meetings: Lead weekly strategic meetings to discuss improvements and operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, with a track record of improving tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong managerial abilities, capable of maintaining high team accountability.
• High technological proficiency, skilled in using property management software and surveillance systems.

Availability Requirement:

• Work schedule: Thursday to Monday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• On-call availability required from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends.

Over $17k+ In Benefits & Perks:
