Hello,
I’m looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant who is proficient in Halaxy to support my business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly communicative, with a strong ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining Halaxy, including invoicing, payments, and troubleshooting issues.
Handling
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and updating client files.
Communicating with third-party services (e.g., Halaxy support, accountants) when needed.
Providing timely updates on tasks and problem-solving when issues arise.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Halaxy (must have prior experience managing bookings, payments, and admin tasks).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills – must be transparent, responsive, and proactive.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
Experience in medical/psychology/health admin is a plus.
Ideal Candidate:
Takes initiative and problem-solves efficiently.
Communicates openly and transparently – no avoidance, always keeps me informed.
Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
Understands the importance of accuracy when handling financial transactions and client records.
