Luxe Living Home Essentials is an e-commerce brand offering high-quality, stylish, and affordable home essentials and expanding into a full brand product line.
We are looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant with expertise in Operations, Ecom-Shopify, Marketing, and Administration to support the daily operations of both businesses. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in project management, marketing administration, and customer engagement. This is a part-time role (10 hours per week) that requires strong English communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative &
Monitor and respond to
Organize and manage inboxes, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events.
Project Management & Operations Support
Assist with booking calls and following up on leads.
Track project deadlines and task completion.
Provide regular updates on business operations and marketing activities.
Marketing & Social Media Management
Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms.
Engage with potential customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Assist with
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
Follow up with leads and potential clients via
Assist with order tracking, pre-orders, and customer service inquiries.
Maintain and update customer records and interactions.
**Requirements & Qualifications
Experience managing e-commerce operations, including order tracking, inventory updates, processing pre-orders efficiently, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Experience in operations management, customer service, and marketing administration.
Strong ability to organize tasks, track deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection with minimal outages.
Tech Requirements:
Access to a computer or laptop (2+ hours per day).
A quiet workstation or noise-canceling headphones.
Headset with a microphone and a web camera.
Availability to work within 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) and be **on-call Saturday & Sunday and for Virtual Events** as needed.
