Through powerful coaching programs, speaking events, and training workshops, we help entrepreneurs reconnect with what matters most and build exciting, aligned success.
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Virtual Assistant to work directly with our founder and CEO. If you're familiar with Go High Level and have strong communication skills, you might be the perfect fit.
Starting tasks:
Create and automate onboarding sequences for new coaching clients (in Go High Level)
Set up and automate review/testimonial requests (in Go High Level)
Add coaching appointments to the CEO's calendar (in Go High Level)
There is long-term potential for growth, including a pay raise evaluation at 3 months of successful work and full-time hours as soon as the company growth supports it.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) for CRM, automations, and
Solid English writing and communication skills
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus
