We are looking for an experienced Virtual Office Assistant to join our team at Clean Collection Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex tasks, customer acquisition, and executive support. As a key player in our business operations, you will handle various responsibilities including research, customer service, and executive communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Research:** Conduct detailed research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support business development.
- **Communication:** Efficiently handle phone reception, manage emails, and ensure clear and professional communication with clients and executives.
- **Customer Acquisition & Sales:** Develop strategies for customer acquisition, manage sales processes, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Scheduling & Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
- **Data Management:** Handle and manage sensitive company data with discretion and accuracy, leveraging technology and social media as needed.
- **Technology Proficiency:** Utilize various software tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- **Backup Connectivity:** Maintain a reliable internet connection with a backup solution to ensure consistent performance even in areas with poor service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Multiple years of experience handling complex tasks, customer accounts, and customer acquisition in a similar industry.
- **Communication:** Strong English writing and comprehension skills; able to convey information clearly and professionally.
- **Time Management:** Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- **Customer Relations:** Proven track record of assisting executives in growing their companies through exceptional support and strategic initiatives.
- **Technology & Social Media:** Proficient in leveraging technology and social media platforms for business growth and operational efficiency.
- **Data Sensitivity:** Experience in managing various levels of sensitive data with confidentiality.
- **Backup Internet Connection:** Reliable internet connection with a backup solution in case of service interruptions.
