Position Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Newsletter & Social Media Specialist who can independently manage content marketing for our clients. The ideal candidate is experienced in crafting compelling newsletters, driving social media strategies, and promoting specific products. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of content creation, scheduling, and engagement, especially for clients who may lack the time or expertise to handle these tasks themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Newsletter Creation & Management

Content Strategy & Execution: Take the lead in developing newsletter content focused on promoting clients’ products and services, with the goal of driving engagement and sales.
Newsletter Scheduling & Distribution: Independently draft, schedule, and distribute newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously refine strategies.
Product Promotions: Collaborate with clients to understand their offerings, creating targeted email campaigns to highlight specific products, special offers, or new services.
Automation & Audience Segmentation: Implement automated workflows and segment audiences for more personalized outreach to enhance engagement.

Social Media Content & Product Promotion
Content Calendar & Strategy: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with clients’ product launches, promotions, and overall marketing goals.
Content Creation & Posting: Design engaging social media posts to showcase client products on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice.
Campaign Ownership: Take full ownership of social media product promotions, from content creation to scheduling, posting, and performance analysis.
Influencer & Partnership Outreach: Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers to promote client products, expanding reach and visibility. Coordinate partnerships to generate authentic content and reviews.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community to build brand loyalty and drive sales.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in creating and managing newsletters and social media content, specifically focused on product marketing and promotions.
Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and lead content marketing efforts with minimal supervision. You’ll be the go-to person for clients seeking expertise in product promotion.
Copywriting & Content Creation: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive content that drives engagement and conversions.

Email
Marketing Expertise: Proficient in platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools, with experience in automation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
Social Media Tools: Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Canva,, Hootsuite, or Later.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize newsletters and social media campaigns.
Tech-Savvy & Organized: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Creative & Adaptable: A creative mindset for generating fresh content ideas, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
