Position Title: Virtual Migration Assistant

Schedule:
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Australian timezone)
8-hour shift (shifting break time)
Mondays to Fridays only
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Extensive training will be provided to the shortlisted applicants to be able to perform the following:
-Assist Registered Migration Agents (RMA’s) in providing information and advice to potential migrants through GSM Assessment
-Liaise with clients in terms of all documentation, processes, and invoicing requirements
-Draft Skills Assessments, Sponsorship, Nomination, Visa, and Citizenship applications
-Navigate LegendCom to review migration legislation, regulations, and policies
-Check clients’ current migration status through VEVO Details Check
-Assist the RMA’s in managing appointments and drafting
-Draft and monitor job advertisements for labor market testing requirements for sc482/186 / 494 Nominations
-Draft online applications on the immi portal
-Assist / Coordinate enrollment of student visa applicants
-Update details of applicants through IMMI Account or by post (paper-based)
-Perform other administrative and or ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
-Minimum qualification of Senior Highschool diploma
-Minimum 3 years in a BPO customer service position or equivalent as a Virtual or Executive Assistant
-Must have Excellent English Language Skills (Writing and Speaking)
-Excellent time management skills
-Adapts quickly to changes in assigned clients
-Quick learner and diligent
-Proficient with MS Office & PDF Editors
-Familiar with Google Suite & Dropbox
