Description:
This position is for an experienced Medical Technologist who will be trained in The Regenerate Way protocols to provide streamlined and personalised care for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, and supplement support. Below is an outline of the ideal professional:

Responsibilities:

Patient Communication:
> Call patients to explain the necessity and benefits of scheduled blood tests.
> Answer questions about the blood test process and address any concerns.

Blood Test Coordination:
> Organise and schedule blood tests for patients, ensuring seamless and accurate documentation.
Communicate preparation instructions for the tests (e.g., fasting requirements, specific timing).

Results Management:
> Collect, review, and input blood test results into predefined forms tailored to govern dosing.
Ensure results are accurate and complete before advancing to the next steps.

Treatment Support:
> Assist in determining dosing for hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and supplements based on The Regenerate Way protocols.

> Collaborate with prescribing practitioners to prepare accurate treatment recommendations.

Patient Support and Education:
> Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and proper usage of prescribed therapies.
> Provide ongoing monitoring and support to optimize patient outcomes.

Protocol Compliance:
> Adhere strictly to evidence-based protocols to ensure consistency and safety in patient care.
> Collaborate closely with supervising practitioners and team members to maintain the highest standards of clinical care.

> Excellent Communication Skills: Able to simplify complex medical concepts into patient-friendly terms.
