Looking for marketing assistant for corporate law firm.
Responsibilities:
- content creation and management - help research, proofread, and schedule blog posts, newsletter, content on social media; update website
- social media - manage linkedin, IG, and youtube account

- analytics and reporting - track performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, engagement
- events/webinars - promote, coordinate and create materials for webinars, workshops and other virtual events
- lead generation campaigns
Qualification & Skills
- english proficiency
- technical proficiency with: content management system (e.g, Wordpress), social media management tools (e.g., Buffer), marketing platforms for
- analytical skills - interpret metrics, create basic data-driven reports, and suggest improvements; understand SEO principles
- organization and time management - capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and working independently in a virtual environment, as well as be able to follow directions
- professional and able to understand complex business law topics
- ability to conduct research on business law topics
- discretion in handling any sensitive or confidential information
- communication skills - exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills; strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- familiarity with law firm environment
- Go high level (or understanding of CRM systems)
- creating marketing funnels
- familiar with Clio Grow and Clio Manage
