Virtual Marketing Assistant – Facebook Ads, Copywriting & Creative Design

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Facebook ads management, creative design and copywriting. You will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns, crafting engaging ad copy, and designing creatives that drive engagement and conversions.

RESPONSIBLES


FACEBOOK ADS MANAGEMENT
- Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to maximize ad performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports.
- Stay updated on Facebook Ads best practices and trends.

CREATIVE DESIGN
- Develop visually appealing ad creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Design high-converting static and video ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the team to align visuals with brand identity and messaging.
- Find stock images

COPYWRITING AND CONTENT CREATION
- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with the target audience and campaign goals.
- Develop engaging social media content and captions.
- Optimize copy based on campaign performance and feedback.

STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust campaigns for better results.
- Research market trends and competitors to improve ad strategy.
- Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and budget allocation.

REGUIRMENTS
- Experience in Facebook ads and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop etc, okay).
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of persuasive ad messaging.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to a given tasks.
- Familiarity with social media trends and engagement tactics.
