Virtual Marketing Assistant

Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team at Elevate Spine and Sport as a Virtual Marketing Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a key part in promoting our rehab chiropractic services to our community digitally, with a special focus on active individuals and golfers.

As our business grows we are looking for a detail oriented and reliable virtual assistant to handle essential digital marketing and social media tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining our presence within the community.

Hours of Work: Part-time 25 hours, with potential to expand to full time in the future.
Compensation: $450 per month, with opportunity for increase after 4 mo based on performance

Elevate Spine and Sport was founded with a mission rooted in personal experience. After witnessing my mother suffer a spinal cord injury that left her handicapped at 50, I realized a significant gap existed in healthcare. Many providers focused solely on symptom relief rather than addressing the root cause and providing long-term solutions.

Who We’re Looking For:

Reliability, Organization, Attention to detail
Highly organized with strong time management skills to meet deadlines and minimize oversight.
Detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Consistently reliable and able to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Content Creation, Tech, AI proficiency
Experienced with social media content creation, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Proficient in CapCut (or similar tools) and familiar with using ChatGPT/AI to streamline tasks.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and platforms.

Growth Mindset
Passionate about helping people and supporting our mission to provide long-term solutions.
Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback for continuous growth.
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.


What You’ll Be Doing:


Social Media Management
Creating visually engaging reels daily using Capcut and Canva provided by the brand
Outbound and Inbound DM management on a daily basis (30-50 per day) using provided scripts
Cross-post video content to YouTube and Facebook, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Enhancing our presence on Facebook.

CRM, Content, and SEO support
Write and schedule 2 weekly emails (1 value-driven and 1 story-based) to engage the audience.
Post 2 Google Business Profile updates per week to enhance local SEO and visibility.
Assist with long form content production by coordinating, editing, and publishing.
1x podcast per week, 1x long form youtube video per week
Assist with enhancing our CRM funnels and lead magnets
3x hours of patient outreach per week

Ad management and Funnel Tracking
Track and organize daily ad performance data for lead magnets and funnels.
Identify trends and suggest optimizations to improve ad conversions.
Support scaling lead magnets and funnels to generate consistent leads.
