Part-Time Virtual Marketing Assistant (Philippines – Remote, 10 Hours/Week)

We are looking for a Part-Time Virtual Marketing Assistant from the Philippines to support our team with Google Ads (including retargeting), Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO strategy (using SEMrush), and email marketing via Mailchimp. This role starts at 10 hours per week (2 hours per day) with the potential to grow based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Google Ads Management – Assisting with setting up, monitoring, and optimising campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting ads.
• Google Tag Manager Implementation – Setting up and managing tags for accurate conversion tracking, remarketing, and event tracking across platforms. Ensuring proper data collection for ad campaign optimisation.
Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn Ads – Supporting the creation and optimisation of paid campaigns across social platforms, ensuring audience targeting and tracking are correctly set up.
• SEO Strategy & Analysis – Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits using SEMrush to support organic growth strategies.
• Mailchimp Email Marketing – Creating and scheduling email nurture sequences in Mailchimp, managing audience segmentation, and optimising performance.
• LinkedIn Content Management – Scheduling and posting content on LinkedIn, engaging with relevant audiences, and supporting brand visibility.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitoring and analysing campaign performance across Google Ads, social ads, SEO, and email marketing, preparing reports, and providing insights for improvement.

Key Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably as a Virtual Assistant.
• Essential: Strong experience with Google Ads, including search, display, and retargeting campaigns.
• Essential: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, with experience in setting up conversion tracking, event tracking, and remarketing tags.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategy, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits using SEMrush.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp, with experience creating and automating email nurture sequences.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to write and schedule LinkedIn content and engage with relevant audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance insights.
• High level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
