JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Virtual Marketing Assistant to guide strategy and build out our lead generation program. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing lead generation initiatives, optimizing marketing funnels, and enhancing social media strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the lead acquisition process, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to conversion, and continuously refine strategies based on performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and optimize a lead generation program to attract and convert high-quality prospects.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine lead acquisition efforts.
Leverage AI tools to enhance lead capture and engagement across multiple platforms.
Continuously optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and strategic adjustments.
Track key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
2. Marketing Funnels & Landing Pages
Build and optimize high-converting marketing funnels for lead generation, consultations, and product sales.
Design and implement landing pages integrated with CRM and automation tools.
Create and manage lead magnet campaigns to drive engagement and grow the email list.
Track funnel effectiveness and optimize for maximum conversions.
3. Social Media & Content Strategy
Develop and execute a 90-day social media content calendar aligned with lead generation goals.
Design compelling graphics and promotional content for various social media platforms.
Monitor, engage, and build relationships with the audience to enhance brand visibility and increase conversions.
Utilize AI-driven copywriting tools to streamline content creation and messaging.
Track social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Appointment Scheduling & Client Management
Implement and manage online appointment booking systems (Calendly, OnceHub, etc.).
Ensure seamless scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of sales consultations and client calls.
Automate pre- and post-meeting email communications to improve engagement.
Support client onboarding with surveys, welcome emails, and resource distribution.
5. Administrative & Strategic Support
Establish and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library for lead generation and marketing processes.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Conduct research and report on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.
Assist in the planning and execution of webinars and live events to drive engagement and sales.
6. Email Marketing & Lead Nurture
Create and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Develop automated lead nurture sequences, including pre- and post-consultation workflows.
Craft compelling email content using AI tools while maintaining brand voice and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in lead generation strategy and execution.
Strong background in marketing funnel development (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Kajabi, etc.).
Experience with social media marketing and engagement tools (Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Keap, etc.).
Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with AI-driven content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai).
Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and optimize performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
