**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Life Insurance Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our life insurance sales team. As a virtual recruiter, you will work remotely to connect with potential candidates, assess their qualifications, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of the life insurance industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Source and identify qualified candidates for life insurance sales positions through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Conduct virtual interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales openings.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including explaining job responsibilities, company culture, and compensation structure.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer extension, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate quality, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent in the competitive life insurance sales field.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the life insurance, financial services, or sales industries.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and the specific qualities and skills needed for success in sales roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates remotely.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and virtual recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience recruiting for remote or virtual sales teams.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and sales strategies.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
