Virtual Interior Designer for Showroom Design (One-Time Project)

Job Description:
We seek an experienced interior designer/architect to assist with a one-off project to design our flooring showroom. Our goal is to create a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and inviting space that effectively showcases our wide variety of flooring options. This project will involve creating a detailed design plan, layout, and visual renderings to help bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive design concept and layout for the showroom.
- Create 2D and 3D floor plans, including measurements and technical specifications.
- Provide photorealistic renderings to visualize the final showroom design.
- Incorporate our product display requirements, customer flow, and branding elements into the design.
- Collaborate remotely to review design concepts and adjust based on feedback.
- Deliver all design files and documentation necessary for implementation.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Experience with rendering tools like 3ds Max (with V-Ray), Lumion, or Enscape for high-quality visualizations.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and experience with showroom or retail space design.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial planning skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaborative remote work.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create branded visuals or presentation documents.
- Experience in creating mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.

Project Scope:
This is a one-time freelance project specifically for designing our showroom space. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and work with us to complete the design within a defined timeline.
