Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
• Manage emails, flag priorities, and respond professionally.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
• Edit and prepare documents and reports.
• Organize records and maintain databases.
• Make and receive phone calls via Zoom and WhatsApp.

Community & Member Support
• Respond to inquiries via email, social media, and chat.
• Send timely updates about events and programs.
• Track participation and compile feedback.
• Distribute newsletters and manage communications.

Marketing Support
• Draft and schedule Facebook & Instagram posts.
• Help with email campaigns and promotional updates.
• Keep a content calendar organized and on track.

Financial & Fundraising Support
• Reconcile Stripe payments and manage donation records.
• Perform MYOB-based bank reconciliations.
• Support financial tracking and reporting.
• Send acknowledgment emails to donors and clients.

Project & Time Management
• Keep tasks and projects on schedule.
• Prioritize effectively and stay organized.
• Identify ways to improve workflows and processes.


Who We’re Looking For
• Experienced VA with a strong admin, customer service, and support background.
• Flawless English skills – both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Stripe, MYOB, social media).
• Highly organized, reliable, and efficient.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Professional and client-focused with high standards of excellence.
