Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant with strong experience in graphic design and brand building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about helping businesses grow through creative and strategic branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the development and execution of branding strategies across various platforms.
Design and create visually appealing graphics, presentations, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage and oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring that our brand voice is consistent and engaging.
Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, content creation, and website updates as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and brand building.
Proficiency in design software such as Canva or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling confidential information.
