Position Overview
We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and help systematize our growing businesses. This role offers significant opportunity for professional growth, skill development, and increased hours as our companies expand. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational abilities with creative problem-solving skills.

Required Skills
Professional fluency in written and spoken English
Strong project management capabilities
Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with digital tools (Zoom, Canva, basic AI tools)
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business systems and processes
Manage and optimize our Hubspot CRM
Create engaging content for newsletters and social media using Canva and Mailchimp
Conduct research for client presentations and projects
Edit and publish webinar content across platforms
Manage multiple deadlines for CEO and client deliverables
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency

Time Zone Requirements
Must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours (PST/PDT) to ensure effective collaboration with our CEO.
