**Virtual Executive Assistant (Philippines-based) - Customer Service | US Insurance Agency (Central Time Zone)**

Our commitment to excellence drives everything we do, and we're expanding our team to include a Virtual Executive Assistant who will play a key role in supporting our growth.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role requires high-level administrative support, with a focus on Google Suite proficiency, effective communication, and project management. You’ll be working directly with the CEO and managing tasks independently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct daily virtual meetings with the CEO (working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time).
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external use.
- Assist with project management, including follow-ups on action items and deadlines.
- Perform data entry and document management using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Support customer service efforts, including responding to inquiries and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Assist in editing and posting content videos on social media platforms (if applicable).
- Work with CRM systems (experience with Go High Level CRM preferred).
- Schedule Events
**Requirements:**
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience as an executive or virtual assistant (customer service experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable internet connection, power backup, and a quiet workspace.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Go High Level CRM is preferred.
- Building Go High Level Landing Pages & Funnels is plus.
- Ability to edit and post video content on social media is a bonus.
- Building SOP's is preferred.
