Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistant who excels in organization, client communication, and problem-solving. This full-time remote position is perfect for someone with excellent people skills, integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others succeed.

You’ll thrive in this role if you genuinely enjoy creating efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination, and supporting a team to reach its goals. The position requires a commitment to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, during a night shift (9 PM - 6 AM PH Time) to align with our US-based clients.

Responsibilities
Inbox Management: Prioritize, categorize, and respond to emails, flagging critical messages and ensuring the executive's inbox is streamlined.
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events to optimize productivity.
Client Communication: Handle customer inquiries, feature requests, and support issues with professionalism and clarity.
Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between the executive, clients, and team members to ensure seamless communication.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, document, and manage SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content to maintain a professional online presence.
Research: Conduct in-depth research on tools, trends, and solutions to support business growth and decision-making.
Lead Generation: Identify and research new prospects to support outbound marketing and sales efforts.
Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with one-time tasks such as setting up new tools or launching special initiatives.

Experience
Relevant Experience: At least 2 years as an executive assistant, ideally in a remote setting, with prior exposure to SaaS or tech-forward environments.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort using tools like Slack, Notion, Linear, Google Docs, and other project management and communication platforms.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English skills to handle client and team interactions effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions independently.
Organizational Skills: Proven experience managing schedules, emails, and workflows efficiently.
SaaS or Startup Familiarity (Preferred): Experience working in tech startups or SaaS companies is a strong plus.
