Virtual Estimator (Take-off Estimator)

New City Contracting is a leading construction company specializing in building envelope services. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong client relationships. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Virtual Estimator to join our remote team in the Philippines. We are looking for a Virtual Estimator (Take-off Estimator) who will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and preparing bids for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with international companies in a remote setting and be able to work night shifts to align with our North American business hours. Responsibilities: Review project specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project pricing Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes Prepare and submit bids for construction projects in a timely manner Monitor and update project costs throughout the construction process Provide support to the project team as needed Requirements: Previous experience as an Estimator in the construction industry Experience working with international companies in a remote setting Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work night shifts to align with Vancouver Canada business hours Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred How to Apply: If you are interested in joining our team as a Virtual Estimator, please submit a GOOGLE DRIVE LINK of your resume.
