Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Virtual Employee who will focus exclusively on cold calling. Prior experience in cold calling is required. What matters most is your motivation, kindness, and mastery of the English language with minimal accent. This role is perfect for someone eager to make an impact, learn, and grow within a supportive and results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients or leads.

Follow a provided script while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.

Build rapport with prospects and gather relevant information.

Accurately document call outcomes and update CRM systems.

Handle objections professionally and escalate qualified leads as needed.

Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and improve outreach strategies.
