We are looking for a talented and motivated Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant/Coordinator, you will support our marketing team in implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth globally. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media activities, and assisting with various digital marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule social media content, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Assist in content creation and curation, including blog posts, social media updates, and
- Help manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, social ads, and other digital channels.
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research, link building, and on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Manage and update digital marketing databases and customer relationship management systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
- Intermediate graphics design and editing skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends, particularly those popular in the 18-35 demographic.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads,
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and evaluate campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
