Are you an exceptional detail oriented, goal driven individual interested in joining a growing team? We are a US based private label brand that has a focus on educational development and fitness products on various platforms. We are seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our team FULL TIME and for LONG TERM GROWTH!

The ideal candidate MUST have knowledge and experience in all aspects of Microsoft Office, including advanced excel knowledge. They will also have experience with data entry for online marketplaces.

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
• Efficiently perform accurate and complete data entry tasks.
• Manage inventory using Excel and updating records.
• Enter stock names and relevant details into the system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for efficient data retrieval.
• Data entry across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Analytical mindset to ensure accurate, detailed product listings.
• Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to support overall business operations.
• This is not a customer service position.

Must Haves
• Proven experience in data entry.
• Experience with Mirakl and/or Amazon Attribute Sheets
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel for inventory management and data integrations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work.
• Effective communication skills with a decent level of English proficiency.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work during standard EST business hours.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Professional familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, Mirakl, and more.

Home Office Requirements:

· Perfectly working headset and webcam
· Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps
· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
· A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
