We’re seeking our first Virtual Customer Service Representative to help us deliver exceptional service as we grow. Join us and be part of a team that values honesty, personal growth, and customer satisfaction above all else.


What You’ll Do
As our Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will:

Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via email with empathy and professionalism.

Navigate the Shopify Admin dashboard to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Handle weekly customer billing processes accurately.

Manage your time effectively, setting personal goals and adapting to new tasks as needed.

Provide outstanding service during peak holiday seasons (November-December), working 6–10 hours per day as required.


What You’ll Need to Succeed
Excellent communication skills: You can write clear, empathetic, and professional emails.

Experience with Shopify Admin: You’re comfortable navigating and troubleshooting within the platform.

Time management: You excel at organizing your day and prioritizing tasks independently.

Flexibility: You can adapt to changing responsibilities and peak workload periods.

What’s in It for You?
Pay: $3.50 - $6.00 per hour, based on experience.

Growth Potential: As our first virtual hire, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a team management role as we scale.

Work-Life Balance: Remote work with flexible scheduling within East Coast USA time zone requirements.

Anyone hired will be required to use "Insightful Software" to track hours worked.
