Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Manage client communications via WhatsApp,
Schedule and conduct regular client meetings.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Team Coordination:
Delegate tasks to tea
Ensure tasks are completed and follow up as necessary.
Maintain and update client records and spreadsheets.
Project Management:
Utilize ClickUp to track tasks and projects.
Oversee the completion of in-house social media posts.
Lead the configuration of client tools like Custom Review Pix.
Administrative Tasks:
Correspond with external parties, including Google, as needed.
Liaise with suppliers and partners to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or client management.
Proficient in GoHighLevel, WordPress, SEO, Google Maps, and ClickUp.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
