Work Schedule:
• Monday, Thursday & Friday (11:30 AM - 9:00 PM EST)
• Saturday & Sunday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the friendly, helpful voice our customers rely on. Your responsibilities include:
• Answering customer questions with clarity and patience.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and process payments accurately.
• Providing a positive and reassuring experience for every customer.
• Maintain clear communication with the team and follow processes effectively.

What We’re Looking For:
• Work Experience: At least 1 year working with a U.S. employer, 3 years as a Virtual Assistant, and 2 years in Customer Service.
• Excellent English Skills: Strong speaking and writing abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Suites: Ability to use Google Workspace tools efficiently.
• Fast Learner: Ability to adapt and respond to changing situations quickly.
• Spanish Speaking (Optional): A plus, but not required.

Technical Requirements:
• Reliable PC
• High-speed, stable internet connection
• Backup for stable electricity
