JOB OVERVIEW

Qualifications for Credit Repair Specialist Role:
-Proven experience in American credit repair services with knowledge of FCRA and FDCPA
-Familiarity with credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and dispute processes
-Proficiency in credit repair software (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud, Client Dispute Manager)
-Strong command of digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms)
-Excellent written communication for drafting clear, concise dispute letters
-Experience with goodwill letters, pay-for-delete negotiations, and debt validation requests
-Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines and provide timely updates
-Certified Credit Repair Specialist (CCRS) or similar certification (REQUIRED)
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to confidentiality
-Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping clients improve their credit standing
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. (REQUIRED)
-Ability to work independently with minimal to zero supervision and meet deadlines. (REQUIRED)
-***Ability to create, handle, and manage a start-up team.*** (REQUIRED)

Key Responsibilities:
-Draft and customize professional dispute letters to challenge inaccurate or negative items on credit reports
-Dispute late payments, collections, judgments, repossessions, and other derogatory marks
-Communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies on behalf of clients
-Stay updated on credit repair laws, including FCRA and FDCPA regulations
-Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding dispute progress
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information
-Assist in developing effective strategies to improve client credit scores
-Document all dispute actions, communications, and outcomes for accurate record-keeping
-Assist with marketing tasks, such as social media management and email campaigns.
-Create, handle, and manage a team.
