Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator (Virtual Position)

Lifewood, a family-owned business based in Perth, Australia, is looking for a Virtual Contracts Administrator to support our sales & operations teams and contribute to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities: Your role will be integral to the success of our sales & operations teams.
Specific duties will include but are not limited to:

Sales Support:
Support the Sales Manager in drafting proposals, tenders, and quotations using company templates and pricing structures.
Maintain and update product and service training materials.
Ensure all sales tools, templates, and records are well-organized and up to date.
Assist in scheduling sales meetings, presentations, and customer outreach activities.

Operations Support:
Support the Operations Manager in handling customer communication related to installations.
Coordinate scheduling of site visits, inspections, and installer assignments.
Maintain organized records of project timelines, job progress, and quality control measures.
Document and track customer complaints, ensuring resolution and communication with the operations team.
Ensure customer expectations are clearly documented and communicated internally.

Remote, Full-Time Role: Working hours are from 7am - 4pm, Philippines time zone.
