Virtual Construction Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Virtual Construction Project Manager based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in construction materials (USA standards) and excellent coordination and internet skills. The ideal candidate will manage various aspects of construction projects virtually, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

Construction Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in U.S. construction materials and the metric system.
Task Management: Execute and follow up on project tasks with exceptional precision.
Internet Research: Perform detailed internet searches using U.S. IP address access and high-speed internet (minimum 80-100 Mbps).
Technical Expertise:
Read and interpret engineering and architectural plans.
Conduct material take-offs for construction projects.
Prepare, bid out, and manage the procurement of material lists.
Arrange for the return of excess materials post-completion.
Field Coordination:
Collaborate with field workers to gather and compile job site progress reports.
Create special inspection reports, ensuring materials are installed according to plans by reviewing receipts and photos.
Project Scheduling: Develop and manage timetables for assigned projects to ensure milestones are met.
Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of U.S. construction materials and processes.
Proficiency in reading engineering and architectural plans.
Proven experience with material take-offs and bidding processes.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 80-100 Mbps).
Access to a U.S. IP address for research purposes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with diverse teams.
Attention to detail in reviewing materials and ensuring compliance with plans.
