JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Cold Calling Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling leads, setting appointments, and following up effectively to ensure high-quality conversions.

Responsibilities:
- Set appointments by calling leads through CRMs such as GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Engage professionally with potential clients over the phone to build rapport.
- Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase appointment success rates.
- Maintain and update records of calls and appointments in the CRM.
- Be open to receiving feedback!

Requirements:
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and manage CRM systems like GHL.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Compensation:
- $2–$4 per hour, based on experience.
- Additional $2.50 commission for every successful appointment set.
