MedCore Solutions, is seeking dedicated and compassionate California-licensed Registered Nurses (USRNs) based in the Philippines to join our virtual care team. This fully remote position involves providing high-quality nursing care, leveraging telehealth technologies, and ensuring effective patient communication and record management through our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and remote monitoring platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor patients’ health through telehealth platforms, respond promptly to alerts, and provide appropriate interventions.
Engage with patients via virtual consultations to assess their health status, provide education, and address concerns.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to create and update individualized care plans.
Use remote patient monitoring tools to track vital signs and other health metrics, ensuring timely reporting of any significant changes.
Maintain accurate and secure patient records using the EHR system (experience with OptiMantra is a plus).
Provide compassionate support and act as a patient advocate, ensuring they receive the best possible virtual care.

Requirements

Active California Registered Nursing License (in good standing).
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for telehealth or virtual care roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual patient interactions.
Proficient in using telehealth tools, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring systems.
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection, a secure and quiet workspace, and a personal computer or tablet suitable for telehealth operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure handling of patient data in a virtual environment.


Preferred Skills and Attributes

Experience with virtual care delivery and telehealth best practices.
Knowledge of chronic disease management and remote patient monitoring techniques.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective virtual communication with a remote team.

Start Date: TBD
Schedule: Mondays – Fridays; 8 hour-shift; 40 hours/week

Days off: Weekends

Time zone: Pacific Standard Time

Location: Work from Home
