As a Virtual Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and building lasting client relationships. Operating part-time with a permanent remote arrangement (WFH), you'll be entrusted with nurturing positive relationships and closing new clients for the firm.

- Execute effective cold calling campaigns to engage with new leads to understand their estate planning needs and address any questions, concerns, or objections.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Onboard new clients.
- Collaborate with internal team.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with a proven track record in sales, business development, or client success.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. (American accent is highly preferred.)
- Able to work Pacific Time.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead outreach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with an estate planning attorney is a plus.
- Willingness to take initiative and seek assistance when needed (Desired)
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and unsupervised to stay on task (Desired)
- Relaxed, personable, and possesses a sense of humor (Desired)
