Virtual Brand Assistant – Social Media & Influencer Relations (For Women)

About Us

Souvence is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in travel photo albums. ???? We’re expanding rapidly, especially on TikTok and Instagram, and we’re looking for a creative and organized Virtual Assistant to help us scale our content and community engagement.

Job Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts & stories (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Design mock-ups & visuals for new album releases.
- Assist in the design of photo book covers.
- Manage influencer outreach & collaborations (emails, follow-ups, partnerships).
- Edit short TikTok & Reels videos to showcase our products.
- Other little tasks.


Who We’re Looking For
- A GIRL Passionate about travel, photography, and content creation.
- Experienced in social media management & design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma).
- Skilled in short-form video editing (TikTok/Reels).
- Strong communication & organization skills.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or with influencers is a plus!
