Virtual Bookkeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Bookkeeping Manager with a strong background in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of virtual bookkeeping for our clients in trade services.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reconciliations.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other virtual bookkeepers to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Develop and implement efficient bookkeeping processes and systems.
- Provide regular financial reports and insights to the management team.
- Work in Central Standard Time (CST) to align with client needs.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping within the trades industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Proficiency in Service Titan and QuickBooks Online/Keeper.
- Strong project management and bookkeeping management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle a virtual bookkeeping team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial management.
