JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our operations. If you are organized, proactive, and have a knack for managing tasks efficiently, I want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Assist with QuickBooks Online (QBO) tasks, including data entry, tagging transactions, and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments, utilizing Bill.com.
-Provide periodic financial reports
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- A growing list of duties that will expand as proficiency is demonstrated.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and Bill.com
-Expert in Excel
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail; please include the word "Horizons" in your application to demonstrate your ability to follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace, Loom).
- Familiarity with utilizing AI to be more productive.
