Executive Virtual Assistant / Bid Assistant

Brilled Lighting is a manufacturer of LED lighting products to a wide array of customers in the USA. We have seen substantial growth and with that growth, have a demand to grow our team as well.
This position requires an EXTREMELY high attention to detail. Need to also posses high organizational skills. Must be self-driven as you will be working on your own often. As a company, we are driven by KPIs and goals. Must be goal driven and looking to be more efficient and improve daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare bid proposal packages for lighting contractors and lighting projects.
Identify and create bid sheets, then submit complete bid proposals to potential clients/bids.
Assist with various project tasks as needed to ensure smooth execution.
Research and actively seek out bid opportunities within the lighting industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Familiarity with electrical layout plans, take-off calculations, and the bidding process is a significant advantage.
Must be self-driven, able to work independently, and stay motivated in a remote setting.
Ability to work in the US time zone and maintain consistent, effective communication with the team and direct reports.
Proficient in basic word processing and Excel; comfortable using various software tools daily.
A reliable computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.
