Time Hackers, Ltd. provides individual and group coaching to help clients achieve success and time freedom. We accomplish this via our free website resources, podcast, social media, and email list, as well as our paid services including Time Hackers (a lifetime access coaching community), Become A Time Hacker Coach (Coach Training certification program), one-to-one coaching, corporate workshops and events, and the 15 Hour Work Week (a six month Mastermind).

Position Overview

We are looking for a virtual assistant experienced with Kajabi, ConvertKit, Zoom, social media platforms, and podcast platforms. This role is a part-time contract position, 100% remote, and does not require travel or in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Downbload weekly calls from Zoom, make minor edits and upload weekly replays to the client Kajabi portal
- Setup Kajabi and ConvertKit email sequences - these will be sent to you as Google Docs
- Setup Kajabi and ConvertKit landing pages and opt-in forms
- Publish weekly podcast using Zoom and Podbean
- Research local and virtual events to pitch CEO to corporate workshops, speaking engagements, and podcasts
- Search and add 50 new contacts each week on LinkedIn
- Send new LinkedIn contacts messages from CEO (copy and paste template)
- Schedule and post content on social media (incl. LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook)
- Repurpose existing content with slight redesigns or word changes - managed by CEO
- Engage with content on LinkedIn - comment on similar posts, invite conversation
- Invite contacts to follow the business LinkedIn page
- Manage private Facebook groups to include adding/removing members, setting up events, scheduling autoposts

Successful Candidates Will Have:

-Experience with the Kajabi platform
-Experience with Zoom
-Experience with podcast platforms
-Experience with ConvertKit
-Experience with social media platforms
-Experience with tools and platforms that support online business
-Ability to work efficiently and effectively
-Is resourceful, organized, and a self-starter
-Able to follow SOPs and written or video guides
-A personal computer and reliable internet access
-Fluent in written English and conversational in English
